Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9/14/2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data Trade Mirror Lab ("the Service"), operated by P6 Labs, collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. What We Collect

  • Account data: the email address and password you sign up with (passwords are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase, and are never stored or visible to us in plain text).
  • Profile data: optional display name and profile photo you choose to add.
  • Trade data you enter: trade setups you plan, and journal entries you log about trades you actually took.
  • System-generated data: the live tracking status/outcome our engine computes for setups you create, based on public market prices.

We do not collect or request any exchange API keys, passwords to other services, or the ability to place real trades or move funds on your behalf.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you: to show your own setups, journal, and statistics, and to let our engine track your own setups against live prices. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who Can See Your Data

Your trade setups, journal entries, and statistics are private to your account. Access is enforced at the database level (Row Level Security), so no other user of the Service can read or modify your data.

4. Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication). Live price tracking is performed by our own server, which reads public market data from Binance; no personal data is sent to Binance.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us through the details provided in the app. Once processed, this is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Cookies & Sessions

The Service uses a session token (managed by Supabase Auth) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

8. Contact

Questions about this Policy, or requests to access or delete your data, can be directed to the contact details provided within the app.
